Prepare
- Make 32 name cards total.

Draft order
Day-of option: everyone rolls a d20. Write the names from highest roll to lowest and reroll ties.
Draft from first to last, let the last player take two turns, then reverse. Do the same at the other end.

Physical bracket
Make the bracket before game day.
Build it large enough to read from across the play area. Label the outside name slots and every game junction, then leave them empty for the draft.
Wood or PVC
Build the bracket lines from thin wood strips or PVC pipe. Mark every name slot and game junction before the event.
